Shipping + Returns
We only ship within the continental U.S. Free USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days shipping for all orders over $100, otherwise, shipping & handling is calculated by the carrier. We reserve the right to ship heavier orders using UPS Ground.
1- Signature confirmation is required for orders over $300. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for packages returned or delayed by the postal service. In case of lost, please contact directly USPS 1-800-275-8777 or UPS 1-800-742-5877.
2- We reserve the right to ship via UPS Ground for orders over $500, but it takes up to 5 business days for delivery to customers in California and Florida; please see maps below for more details. Please let us know if you prefer USPS Priority for faster delivery by leaving us a message on SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR THE SELLER at check out.
3- In the event if the package returned to us due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
4- Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from your receiving the merchandise -- products must be unopened.

Shipping outside of the U.S.
Sorry, we do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Since the parcel pickup time at our farm is around 11 AM CST, Monday to Friday, any orders received after 10 AM will be shipped out the next business day.
Note: We do not process orders on the weekend and U.S. statutory holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.
The estimated time for delivery within the continental U.S. is from 1 to 3 business days; for Alaska & Hawaii, please add one more business day.
Note: Please add an additional day for delivery to rural areas.

Otherwise, refer to the map below for transit time of your order. This map will provide you with expected 1, 2, or 3 day delivery areas for Priority Mail shipments. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.
The table below shows the actual shipping time of USPS Priority Mail, the time is based on our statistic analysis, only for your reference.
Note: Any order placed before 10:00 AM Central Time, it's shipping time will be counted in the same day while after 10:00 AM shipping time is counted on the next day.

If any of our products do not meet your expectations, you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to return it to us for a full refund -- products must be unopened.
How do I return my order?
We're so sorry you aren't happy with what you've received! Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the reason of return, for our reference, so as to improve on our products and services, in the future.
We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within two (2) business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. We don't charge restocking fees; however, shipping and handling charges for returning unwanted items will be at the buyer's expense. Please keep the inner packaging of the products intact as opened products cannot be restocked due to health & safety concerns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And custom cut slices service order can not be returned. Thank you for your understanding!
How do I change my order?
Don't panic! If you would like to change your order, please contact us, and someone from our customer service team will be happy to change it for you.
What do I do if the order I received is wrong/damaged?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us with your order number, and the issue with your order, and a member of our customer service team will take care of that for you straight away.
What do I do if my package is lost?
If your package was lost in transit or shows as delivered when tracking on USPS.com or UPS.com but is nowhere to be found on your property, please investigate with your neighbors and/or property management first (if applicable). If you are unable to locate the delivered package, please let us know. We will begin a USPS/UPS lost package claim upon notification of the lost package. Lost package claims take up to 8 business days to resolve; however, additional days may be required in order to properly document, research and resolve the claim. The customer must wait for the entire claim process to be completed before we can offer a resolution.
I just cancelled my order, when will I receive the refund in my credit card account?
While W processes your refund straight away, please allow your credit card company 3-5 business days to process the refund, and for it to show up in your credit card statement.
