Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S. For orders below $100, shipping fees are calculated by the carrier.
Shipping Details
- Complimentary shipping is prioritized through USPS Priority Mail, with delivery estimated in 1-3 business days. For orders over $500, we may use UPS Ground at our discretion. Please note that delivery to California and Florida may take up to 5 business days.
- Signature confirmation is required for orders over $300. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for any delays caused by the postal service. In case of a lost package, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Processing Times
Since the parcel pickup time at our farm is around 11 AM CST, Monday to Friday, any orders received after 10 AM will be shipped out the next business day.
Note: We do not process orders on the weekend and U.S. statutory holidays, so that we can spend time with our families.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within the continental U.S. is 1-3 business days with USPS Priority and 1-5 business days with UPS Ground. For faster delivery, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout; additional fees may apply.
Note: Please add an additional day for delivery to rural areas.

Otherwise, refer to the map below for transit time of your order. This map will provide you with expected 1, 2, or 3 day delivery areas for Priority Mail shipments. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.

Note: Any order placed before 10:00 AM Central Time, it's shipping time will be counted in the same day while after 10:00 AM shipping time is counted on the next day.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unopened.
- How to Return: Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will process your refund or exchange within 2 business days of receiving the returned items. Returns are issued to the original payment method, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Conditions: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and free from tampering. Custom cut slices are not eligible for return.
Order Changes or Issues
- Change Order: If you wish to change your order, contact our customer service team and we’ll assist you.
- Wrong or Damaged Order: If you receive the wrong or damaged items, please contact us with your order number, and we will resolve the issue.
- Lost Package: If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors or property management. If it remains missing, contact your local post office or UPS for the fastest resolution. You can also call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or UPS at 1-800-742-5877. If unresolved after 5 business days, reach out to us, and we’ll initiate a claim with the carrier. The claim process may take up to 10 business days.
Refunds
After cancellation, refunds will be processed promptly. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
