These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the W Cash Back program, which is operated by W Ginseng Inc., in the United States (“W Cash Back”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with W Ginseng for products, services or otherwise. W Ginseng reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate W Rewards and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to W Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.wginseng.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

Your participation in W Cash Back confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to W Cash Back. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in W Cash Back.

This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use W Cash Back under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

W Cash Back is one way in which W Ginseng endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing W Ginseng products. Members of W Cash Back are able to earn and accumulate “W Store Credit” that can be redeemed for benefits, also known as “Rewards,” at W Ginseng online store in the United States.

To enroll in W Cash Back and begin accumulating W Store Credit, you need to create an account in our online store. If you have previously created an account with us, you’re automatically enrolled.

The registration process may require that you provide the following information: name, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards), physical address, home telephone number, mobile number (optional) and marketing preferences.

The benefits that are available to you through W Cash Back are based on the number of “W Store Credit” that you earn. You can earn W Store Credit in the following ways: You will earn W Store Credit for purchases made at W Ginseng online store according to the rate announced at the time.

Rewards are issued as store credit voucher. You may redeem them by entering the store credit voucher code on the payment page during checkout. It has a limit of three (3) store credit vouchers per order can be used and any remaining balance of store credit voucher will not be carried over, so the full value of the store credit voucher should be used during the purchase.
 
Miscellaneous

There are no membership fees associated with W Cash Back. W Store Credit accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.

Your W Store Credit, Rewards, and your account under W Cash Back are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others. You may have only one (1) W Cash Back account.
W Ginseng reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in W Rewards if W Ginseng determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. W Ginseng also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the W Rewards program any W Ginseng account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no W Store Credit earned. W Ginseng may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative.

W Ginseng reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the W Cash Back program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice.
