The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of wild fauna and flora (CITES) permit is needed when mailing Cultivated Wisconsin Ginseng and Wild American Ginseng products to China; this applies to ginseng roots, prongs, fibers and slices, but ginseng teas and capsules are exempted. For more details, please contact us.
It doesn't have a limit of ginseng products per CITES permit but shipping companies do, please check with them before ordering your permit with us.
The cost of this permit covers the permit fees and two-ways shipping of the ginsengs to an APHIS inspection center by UPS.
Please be noted that it takes at least 5 business days to go through the procedures. Make sure to give us the following information when you place your order for the CITES permit in the Note to the Seller at checkout: 1- consignee's name and address; 2- date of export, and 3- the US port of export. Thank you!
